(#) Place in the mentioned section
The team is happy with the result considering the circumstances, these being - first time participant, not having any prior experience in the university and entirely student driven from beginning to end in five months by a team of first and second year students. In spite of all that, to finish and to be at Silverstone was already an achievement.
All in all we have a lot to be proud of, and we value the learning experience the most. The sleepless nights and hard work finally has had its meaning. However we must now look back and also become aware of where we have been weak. With this in mind we cannot help but feel disappointed with ourselves that after achieving a good place in the Design and Presentation (fourth place), we then lost out in the cost report, which from our competitor's marks it would seem like the one section that it is possible to aim for a near perfect score. It is a pity because it is the cost score that placed us relatively low overall.
With this in mind we also now know that it is quite realistic for us to aim considerably higher for class 3. However are eyes are now set on Class 1, and as always, we are "Simply Determined"!
